Work and volunteer with Lilavena

We are building an organization where the people who make the land productive are paid for it. Until roles are funded, volunteers and skilled supporters are helping us prepare.

There are no paid openings at this time. We will publish paid roles here, with pay, hours and how to apply, once the funding for them is secured. We will not advertise a job before then.

If you would like to be considered when roles open in growing, harvest, distribution, education or site operations, register your interest below and we will contact you first.

Volunteering and skilled support

Site-based volunteering, such as planting days and food distribution, will begin once we have access to land and the site is safe and ready. Until then, the most valuable help is professional: grant research, legal and accounting guidance, land and agricultural expertise, photography, writing and technology.

We will be clear about which opportunities are paid and which are volunteer, and we will not ask volunteers to fill roles that should be jobs.

“Paid roles planned” describes our intention. No role is paid until it is funded and published.
